Please find the North Plainfield Calendar of Meetings for the week commencing with Monday, the Fifth of July as the Borough of North Plainfield plays host once again to its Annual Independence Day Parade, getting under way at 10:00 a.m. from West End School on Greenbrook Road. Please note that this year’s parade will, indeed, take place on Monday the 5^th, with Borough Offices also closed for the day. Public Safety employees will remain on duty. The complete parade route appears on the Weekly Calendar.

What would an Independence Day celebration be without fireworks? Our display will take place on Saturday the 10^th of July at West End School where gates will open at 6:30 p.m. with food vendors present for your enjoyment. In the event of inclement weather, the rain date is Sunday the 11^th. If you have any doubts on Saturday the 10^th, be sure to tune in 1630-AM radio or listen to the message stream on the www.northplainfield.org website. Best wishes to one and all for a safe, sane celebration which we all deserve!
