(Ether wind affects bound electrons in one dimension of two. Therefore the 2). Radial ether wind (causing gravity) is 11.2 km/s near Earth (escape velocity) and 5.5 km/s in a GPS satellite orbit. Satellite speed is 3.9 km/s. These data explain the change in clock speed when satellites are put into orbits.
