Fresco Logic Iddcx Adapter Driver Download

Hi, I've just bought a Hp folio 13 - 1008tu and it's working well except for the usb 3.0 that is not recognizing any connection eg, mouse I've got 2 wireless mouse and when I put the wireless adapter in there it doesn's recognize it and when I went in the control panel and looked at the other devices it comes up with an error could not find a driversoftware for your device and Windows was unable to install your fresco logic usb root. Can anyone help please as I really need access to this usb as my notebook only comes with a USB 2.0 & a USB 3.0. Thanking you in advance.
The only way I manage to get the display to work is by disabling and enabling either the Fresco Logic IDDCX Adapter in Display adapters, or Fresco Logic FL2000 USB Display Adapter in USB Video Class Device, both located in the Device Manager window. And after several attempts of disabling and enabling them I get lucky and my USB 3.0 to VGA monitor starts working again. I must note that when I disable the Fresco Logic IDDCX Adapter, a small window pops up saying "USB 3.0 VGA Display The device is not compatible with this graphics card driver. Fresco Logic VGA Tray".
I've been looking everywhere for a driver or chipset info for the unbranded "Mini HD USB 3.0 HDMI Adapter" for years. I finally dug though enough duck duck go results to find a page that claims it uses the Fresco logic USB display driver, which brought me here.
This USB 3.0 to VGA video adapter works as an external video card, enabling the USB port on your computer to output video to a VGA display at 1920 x 1200 resolution. The adapter also features on-board driver installation, which means the adapter will work when you connect it, even without a software disc or Internet connection.
Check to see if your video card drivers are current. You can check what video card you have in Device Manager under Display adapters. It is recommended that you go directly to the video card manufacturer's website to check for the latest drivers.
