Workshops

Hi All!

 

I know many people said workshops were a-brewing at their campuses to bring to NOWSA 2011 however not too many submissions have been received L Don’t fret we have sourced a number of exciting workshops but we still want and need NOWSA women to bring all their workshopping energy to the floor! The workshop sessions are now 1:30 – 2:45 and 3:00 – 4:15 meaning your workshop should plan to make at least 1 hr of good, informative and/or fun-filled times! Maximum time is 1 hr 30 mins. If everyone could get their interested individuals to submit their workshop forms online or at least send me an email saying they want a workshop slot and the proposed title then I can put them into the timetable. We would like to send off our program to the printers early next week, and of course release the fabulous speakers and workshops online, so please urge them to get workshop submissions in ASAP.

 

Also a reminder about invoicing, please send your organisations contact address, as well as a name or the organisation to be invoiced so accounting feels their paperwork is legit!

- Strong Unions Need Women: strengthening women's representation on campus

- Talk About It: engaging men and boys in ending violence against women
