The Unsung women of higher education

Hey Everyone,

I'm meeting with a designer next week to design the Blue Stockings poster and my idea was that we would have a collage of a bunch of women who are not recognised for their contributions to higher education. We want a nice balance of women of colour, women from different fields and Australian women/international women.

Please, please, please have a think about some of the women that have been influential within the field that you study and how they fare in comparison to the men in that area. Do some research (it's a really productive way to procrastinate) and then send me 1. Their name and 2. Their photo if you can find one.

I would really love to have 100 photos (square by square) on the poster, so if each of you gave me one we would be almost there. 

I'll need them by 5pm Sunday the 3rd of June so I can work out how many I need to find.
