We learned today that beloved poet, editor, essayist, and teacher Kathleen Fraser has died. She was 83. Fraser was the author of over a dozen books, of both poetry and prose, and was the founding editor of the landmark journal HOW(ever), which focused on innovative writing by women. Nightboat Books, publisher of Fraser's movable TYYPE and forthcoming Collected Poems, confirmed her death in a press release. More from Nightboat Books:
