Either email addresses are anonymous for this group or you need the view member email addresses permission to view the original message
to noVNC
I'm trying to make sure the vnc server is not being used by others before setup the vnc connection using novnc-default's rbf, but I'm not quite sure how to do it.
Any help would be highly appreciated.!!!

Unfortunately that is likely a question for your VNC server. The
protocol doesn't include any such information so noVNC has no way of
knowing.
With some luck the server might have some settings that prevent sessions
from being taken over.
