hello I installed the noVNC. When i go to connect from my Laptop I get a connection fail to server.

When i look in terminal I get it says Failed to connect to localhost:5901 Error 111 connection refused.

I'm trying to run this on a Raspberry pi 4 the latest one. Can someone please help me?

"Connection refused" usually means that you aren't connecting to the
right host or port.

Can you verify that you have a VNC server running on that machine's
port 5901?
