Websockify for ASP.NET Core

Hi 

I've created a WebSocket to TCP proxy for ASP.NET Core. It works like your websockify and i'm using it to tunnel noVNC data through my ASP.NET Core application. 

Would you be interested in putting the code somewhere in your GitHub project? If yes i'll try to make some documentation, create a NuGet package for it and post it on GitHub .

Sounds interesting. Maybe you could make a pull request for websockify
along with some explanations and a description of an example use case?
