Clipboard UTF-8 support

Clipboard doesn't support UTF-8 e.g. Ukrainian, Hebrew / Arabic symbols.
Using VNC 1.4.0, websockify 0.11.0 with TigerVNC.

I'm afraid I cannot reproduce any issue here. What version of TigerVNC
are you using?

Thanks for checking this out, I tested with other clients and looks to be server issue. I am currently using tigervnc-server-1.8.0-24.amzn2.0.2.x86_64. 
Did support of UTF-8 clipboard landed later ? I will try to upgrade if it is possible.

No, it does not. That's an 8 year old release. It will lack a lot of
features and fixes.
