no keyboard charecter passthough but "enter" and "backspace" work

Hi,

I am implementing noVNC in Ignition to connect to multiple types of touch screen HMI panels running windows 7 and windows CE. I have an issue where keystrokes for letters and numbers are not passed through but other function keys are working such as backspace and enter. This issue does not occur in google chrome but does appear in the browser supported by Ignition which is https://jxbrowser.support.teamdev.com/support/home a chromium based browser . Has anyone else experienced this issue in other chromium based browsers?
