Support Tech Job / Internship requirements:

1. Minimum B+ in written English

2. Good WordPress knowledge

3. Know ManageWP basics and be comfortable to work in ManageWP dashboard https://managewp.com/user-guide

4. Basic knowledge of cPanel, FTP and mysql

5. WP Elance test (wp codex + tutorials) https://www.elance.com/

6. Direct work with customers and patience for them

7. Big plus if you have knowledge of Linux server basics, file ownership & permissions, wamp/xampp
