Jwebb,

it's already installed as far as I can see - I can see it on my box
under AdminStudio>Adminstudio 9.0 Tools...

that's where I see the repackager, I guess we're talking about a
version you can run elsewhere? In which case, why not install the full
product on the other machine?

I believe this is what you're looking for, C:\Program
Files\AdminStudio\9.0\Repackager\Remote Repackager\setup.exe

When you run the install you need to map drives to C:\AdminStudio Shared
and C:\Program Files\AdminStudio\9.0\Repackager

Unfortunately I have yet to get it to work since I receive a message
that the AdminUIFramework.dll was not found. I have yet to look through
this forum so I hope there is a solution :)

BTW, I found this fix for the "AdminUIFramework.dll was not found" error

"Give it wat it wants.

On the properties of the shortcut change the blanc "start in" field to
a folder where the AdminUIFramework.dll is located in UNC format.

ie: "\\servername\c$\Program Files\Macrovision\AdminStudio\7.5\Common""

You just need to change the path so it matches your version, for v9 it
would be \\name\c$\Program Files\AdminStudio\9.0\Common

Sorry to have to post back again, but the "fix" doesn't work if you need
to do a restart as part of the repackaging. After the restart it comes
up with the same error when it tries to finish.

I'm going to add a path statement to see if that would help?

Thank goodness for snapshots with VMWare :)

it should be included - the ISO files are being rebuilt with this in
there...

Jwebb,

I have updated TID 7001301 - the adminstudio ISO has been re-released,
and now includes the standalone repackager. Everyone who's downloaded
ZCM components recently will be getting an email from me in the next
few minutes...

you wouldn't need the standalone repackager on the same machine, would
you?

Shaun,
well not rally, but the sentence: "This utility can be installed alongside a
new or existing AdminStudio 9
Standard Edition installation, without needing to re-install or re-license
AdminStudio." could suggest it - ok, mybe my english is'n good enough to
correctly translate "alongside" ;-)

Klaus,

that part isn't English - it's American, and I was given that phrase :)
I wrote most of the email, but pasted in part of a "statement" that I
was asked to put out - I should have been more careful in checking
their meaning :)
