That's totally confusing based on what I see at the portal.
If I go into my customer portal, and I have my list of products, I have
ZDM7Sp1R2 as well as ZCM10 and ZCM10 SP1. When I expand either of those
by clicking the "i" box on the right, there's an activation code for the
Zen10 suite, but I don't see anything for the package management. I can
download the admin studio iso, but don't see any code regarding that?

I've only been hung up on 3 times now :) First time after the first
greeting, second and third times after it transferred and then put me in
another music hold queue, and then rang again and then hung up. We'll
try it again...
For those who can't find it, Call. It was dropped out of my portal
accidentally they said, and they are going to re-add it back in. It
will take about an hour.

unfortunately, the logs are only held for 24 hours at a detailed level,
so we can't say what happened that day, sorry
