ZFS 7 Alarm reporting time off after DST Patch applied

The Active Alarms in ConsoleOne are still showing 1hr behind after
applying the DSTSHIFT.nlm on all servers as well as the java tzupdater on
servers and console one workstations.

What else could be causing the time difference?

I had the same problem. I had to patch the JRE that is located in the
ConsoleOne installation folder.

Default install folder:
C:\NOVELL\consoleone\1.2\jre\bin

Follow the steps under the heading "Updating JRE 1.4.x using the tzupdater
utility" from the ZENworks DST site link below.
