When this happens, do you see a lot of sockets open.. Time wait?

Ok. If it happens again, could you grab a seg stats and a config.

Are you running all pieces of ZFS on this server?
Is it the site server?
Is it a distribution srever?

I know there are some issues with winsock right now. I wonder if it is
also affecting this.
