Lumension say "It sounds like .NET Framework is not enabled on the machine. Head into Programs and Features > Turn Windows features on or off and make sure .NET Framework 3.5 is enabled."

Lumension say "this is a visual issue
you can clear this out buy deleting the content of
C:\Program Files\PatchLink\Replication Services\UrlConnectionStatus.xml
then kick off a replication
this should clear this up"
