Lumension say from the error you're getting, it looks like an earlier
update failed - do you have SQL server management studio express
installed on this server? If so, can you look at the columns in the
dbo.products table? I have those 2 columns in mine...

I have those, plus InstallFlag, LicensedFlag and Authorized. So, I
think it's webex time. I guess Monday isn't a good time, so how does
Tuesday sound? I have no calls in my afternoon (your morning...)
