what port is needed for it to show the pc ipaddress

We just got done installing kaspersky antivirus for business 6 with the
firewall anti hacker piece. I have managed to have it all work with one
small exception, when i look athe devices on the server webpage, all the
pc in house show ipaddress of 127.0.0.1 while pcs in the field report
the correct one. i use to see thier appropriate ip for the different
vlans i have in the building. What port or other service do i need to
have it advertise back it proper ipaddress, thanks.

just wanted to get back to the group, the fix for Kaspersky 6.0 for
business is to go into trusted zones and add a trusted app for
Gravitixservice.exe Also what the directory folder it is in some of
mine where in a zenworks\Patch Managment Agent\ folder and other where
Patchlink\update agent\

sometimes, when we get an agent build form Lumension, they've forgotten
to change the directory, and... we've forgotten to check :(
