I have installed sp1b and the ir6 patch and now the computer at least
pickups an ip however; when booting to the linux partion I receive a
network card not recognized and it then shuts down. Do i need to update
the linux2 file? And if is there any guidlines in doing so, besides whats
in the documentation? Also when i try to copy the rccontrol.exe from the
ir6rm patch i receive an error of "error copying to folder cannot copy
rcconsole: the file already exists". The irony to this is that i have
searched for the file and it is not in the directory in which i am trying
to copy to which is :\public\mgmt\consoleone\1.2\bin\zen\rclaunch. I have
closed all instances of console on running on the server. Any suggestions

the linux.2 file should be updated through the patch..
can you run a lsmod from the bashprompt?
don't have an idea about the rcconsole.. perhaps a trace could give some
ideas..
It will not even get me to a bash prompt to run a lsmod

could you try ir7 which is beta at the moment if that fixes it?
