Workstation registry key missing

Hello all,

I have a couple of workstations that have the zenworks agent installed
but are missing a registry necessary to launch remote control. The
missing key is HKLM|Software|Novell|Workstation
Manager|Identification|Workstation ID. Why is this key not being
created? Where can I get the string data to create the key data manually?

What would block this from being created. We are running a mixed
NetWare/OES for Netware tree. The schema has been extended for ZFD7 but
our site has not yet upgraded to Zen 7. We are still running ZFD4 IR6.

This means that Automatic Workstation Import is not working on these PCs.

Can you ping ZENwsimport?
Was the WSManager service installed with the correct Tree name?
