yeah, you can't do it in full mode. TID 3112868 has details of logging
for install, which you can use to see why it's hanging (hopefully)

I've never been able to get that to work. I've always had to go the simple
app way with run line and parameters, something like this msiexec.exe /i
ZFDAgent.msi REBOOT=Force ADDLOCAL=ALL STARTUP_APPEXPLORER=1
ZENWORKS_TREE=?? /qb-!
