I don't *know* if this is the problem, but it looks like you're trying
to install ZEN licensing into the tree for a second time, and that
doesn't work...

you don't need the serial number or the licensing - it's licensed per
tree, not per device, so all you need to make sure is that the user
that's being used for the install has rights to see the licensing
container at the root of the tree
