The intallation of the upgrade over ver.4 goes fine
but when the machine reboots
The Application Window doesn't show up.
Nor can you cause it to run by calling it from
the Start | Programs menu.
There are occasional Win98 machines that the Zen7
App Window runs fine on, but this is the exception.
We've had this same problem with the Zen 6.5 Agent
and were hoping that Zen 7 might fix it, but
apparently not.
Could there be something in Windows preventing
the Application Window from Launching?
