The "Server" components for ZDM7 that most folks use are the "Automatic
Workstatin Import/Removal" service.
This allows for the automatic recreatin and deletion of a special
"Workstation" object for all of your PCs.
This lets you assign apps/policies to PCs instead of users if you chose.
This normally only runs on one server.
The other component is the Inventory Server.
Again this usually only runs on one server, but if you have very slow wan
links, you might have inventory rollup servers.
A third component you might have is a 'Middle-Tier' server which is used by
companies that do not use Client32.
It allows for the ZDM Agent to talk HTTP to the middle-tier service which
then issues the eDir requests. (Sort of an NCP Proxy Server.)
So as you can see, there is not really anything to "Sync" between servers.

I'm not sure why it's asking about SSL, but you don't need SSL for anything
that I am aware except possibly Middle Tier, but most folks don't use
middle-tier and those that do generally don't use SSL.
