cannot install zenworks

I have a server that i recently migrated. It had zenworks on it before, so
i installed zenworks on it after it migrated. I am trying to get reports,
and it won't give Office 2007 product reports. I read there is an issue
with ZW7 SP1 IR4. When I try to install HP2, i get to the Add servers part
and click through the OUs. When I try to open the OU where the server is
located, the install program quits. That even happens with the base ZW7SP1
install as well. Has anyone had this happen?

Chris,

yes, I've seen it, but we never really got to the bottom of it, I think
it may be some kind of java issue. The workarounds are: 1) try a
different machine to install from, and 2) Use the CPKs to install the
upgrade

Is there a way to install the cpk without having Zenworks for Servers?
