I would recommend associating Visio to PCs and not users.
This way if a user has more than one PC, they do not install it more than
once.
And if you automate the removal based upon LogonID, it could cause issues if
someone "borrows" someone elses PC briefly for any reason.
Then you could configure sometype of removal if the PC is not assigned the
app.
That also avoids the issue of your roaming installers.
