Slow logon - windows 2003 terminalserver

Zen agent 6.5. sp 2

After installing the zen-agent logging on takes very long time. Uses only
DLU.

I would test performance w/o DLU.
There could be lots of stuff in your profile causeing account creation to be
slow.
