at last the mistery is solved ...
Well, during the diagnostic of the incident we've discovered that not
ony AWI didn't worked well, but also the policy distribution (iPrint,
GPO, inventory) didn't worked.
All comes because the lack of a registry key in the workstation; that
key was deleted months ago because of an massive virus infection, but It
wasn't been restored.
That VERY IMPORTANT KEY is
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\Shell =
"Explorer.exe"
After restoring that key on all workstation, they automatically began
to get imported without problems, and they download the Zenworks
policies perfectly.
So be careful with that key.
Novell Support told us that they will publish a TID explaining that,
but I haven't seen anything yet. So I've decided to write that last
post.
I hope will help other Zenworks 6.5/7 users.
