OK. Can I do full rights? Delete Included. I've tried making the User a
trustee of the WS and User Policy packages?

it depends what you want to do..

keep in mind that if you give any rights to a container the user will be
able to do those rights normally on any object in that container

Maybe we should start over.

What exactly would you like the "ZEN Admin" to do/not do?

Where do you have the Policies/workstation objects located in your tree?

I can think of an ugly and a nicer way to assign to rights depending on
what you have setup as to which way you will need to go.

Hi, I would like the ZEN admin to be able to modify the WS and User Policy
package objects. We have several of these in the same containers as the
Users.

Assuming you want one role to be able to edit any of these policies and
there may be more than one person in this role:

The easiest way to do this is in ConsoleOne by making a group calling
it something like "ZEN Policy Editor" or what ever makes sense in your
tree and company policies. Right click on each of the policies you
want edited select trustees, click add trustee and make the group a
trustee of the policy package. Choose Supervisor for entry and
attribute rights.

When you make a user a member of this group they can now edit the
policy package. If you want them to also do Group Policies you will
also have to give them RWCEMF rights to wher ever you save these on the
server.

Hi, thanks for the info. I have already made a user a trustee of the
Policy Package objects with the supervisior rights but the individual
policies are still greyed out.

Why would this be?

oh, the policy package is just a wrapper kinda, if you run c1 with
-showhiddenobjects you will see the real polies, you need to give rights on
them too.

the user will only have rights to them if he created them by himself
