USER POLICY ON XP WORKSTATION

Dear,

I need to set up a USER-policy which will force users to have the same
desktop and run a specific list of application and to remove the
workstation-Administrator right they currently have.

I did this in my previous job but here it is XP and I am confused.


I read to article from Novell but I still can not understand how you
have access in a first place to Windows Group policy.
