When this problem occurs, you can usually clear it by doing the
following for each person experiencing this problem:

1. Open ConsoleOne.
2. Go to the "Other" tab.
3. Find and delete the xTier-iFolderPassphrase attribute.
4. Have the person relog into Virtual Office and enter their Passphrase
to re-establish thier connection to NetStorage.
5. Have them close the IE or Firefox application and re-log into VO and
verify that the update worked.
