Imanager will not load

On OES 6.5 (SUSE) new install I can not get Imanager to load.
I get a Server Error 500 when it tries to redirect.
The SSH ports were set to 8030 during the install.
I searched for the error and found a TID on NSS but I have no NSSID.sh
script.
