VNC problem in Suse 9.3 with keyboard

Hello,

I have installed a Suse 9.3 Professional. After installation I noticed
that from a VNC session I can't write capitalized letters and other
simbols like |@#¬. I tried to change keyboard configuration and now from
a VNC session I can't write anything, keyboard doesn't answer. In the
console the keyboard works fine. What happens with keyboard in VNC
sessions? It occurs the same with a SLES10 installation.
