you need:
w32codec (windows formats)
libdvdcss (dvd)
libdvdread (dvd)
libdvdplay (dvd)
libxine1 (mpeg) ----> look good to the name ;-)
test the system ?
delete the dir "/home/user/.kde/share/apps/kaffeine"
and start kaffeine again ;-)
