On KDE 3.5 you could drag a file or app to the panel and it would
provide an icon for quickstart. I see no way to add an app to the panel
in SuSE 11.1 KDE 4.1. I found the Application Launcher, which is the
gekko menu, either menu or icons, I found the task launcher and can add
icons, but not actual apps.
