I have some problems with installing my scanner (a HP Scanjet 3770 on a
system with SuSE 10.1).
Now I've found some sites with information about it but is still doesn't
work.
When I looked on the support site of SuSE there are some tips. One of them
required to change a line in /etc/rc.config but I can't find this file on
my system.
My question is as follows: Can I create this file manually or do I have to
make a new install.
Another tip they gave is to modify this file via YaST through System
Administration and Change configuration file but this item I also can't
find.
Is there somebody who can give me some hints or help on this subject because
I really want my scanner to work.
By The Way, when I use USBView my scanner is visible, only it's marked in
red.
