Palm Conduit Set-up

Hello SLOX admins,

We are running SLOX 4.2 and have been syncing palm TREO's (treo 600) with
it for some time using an older connector and older palm desktop software.

For some reason we can't find the old SLOX connector software we originally
used so we've donwloaded another version I found on the novell site
(ConduitSetup-ENGLISH-20021119.exe and JSyncInstaller.exe). We are
attempting to use this to sync the new TREO 650 to SLOX.

The problem is that after installing the palm software on the windows
client I can't get the SLOX conduits to appear in the hotsync program. I've
tried different sequences of installs to see if that helps. I've removed
everything completely and started from scratch a number of times but the
SLOX conduits just won't register with the palm software (version 4.7 I
think - unfortunately I can't get to the users client to confirm this just
now).

Can anyone help with this problem. I've run out of ideas for now so any
help is appreciated.
