unable to open PDF-files

We got a problem with our Slox 4 and i hope someone can help me.
We are sending mails from one slox-user to all other slox-users with a
pdf attachment. Everytime we got some users who can not open the pdf
file. Foxit brings a format erro: not a PDF or corrupted; Acrobat says
that the file is corrupted. If i forwared the corrupted file to
another adress then i can open the pdf file.
it does not depend on the user. everytime there are other user woh got
this problem.
