finding packages for install in a secure environment

I've been tasked with setting up SUSE enterprise 10 in a secure
environment. My experience with SUSE has been zero to this point fyi.

As part of this setup, I have to pre-stage the server for an oracle
install. As part of the pre-stage, Oracle requires several packages,
3 of which I can't find on the CD's.

gnome-libs-1.4.1.7-733
pdksh-5.2.14.822
sysstat-6.0.2-36

Being in a secure environment, I'm unable to connect to the update
server or any repositories via YAST. What are my options in finding
these packages for SUSE?
