in SLES9 it was possible to add the following commands to your autoyast
config file:
"...
<source>
...
online_update [options]
...
</source>
..."
to make SLES9 perform an online update at the end of an autoyast
installation.
Is there any possiblity to do that with SLES10? Right now we're trying to
use this workaround:
"...
<source>
...
rug sa [options]
rug sub [options]
rug up [options]
...
</source>
..."
The rug 'service adding' and rug 'subscribing' work fine. But the 'rug up'
is not executed. The log says:
"Transaction failed: A transaction is already in progress."
(after the packages that have to be updated are displayed).
Is it impossible because a YAST session is already running locking the rpm
database? Is there any other way to get that SLES9-online-update behavior?

Christian Flamm.
