NetStorage Problem with DNS name

Ok here is the problem and I think I know where the problem is but don't
know the best way to resolve the issue easily and remotely (server is in
the U.P.).
If I connect with the Internal IP address I can upload and download files
via HTTP or HTTPS. If I use the DNS name (which I configured during the
setup) I can get connected with HTTP or HTTPS, can view files, but cannot
upload or download files, I will not get an error but more a blanks
upload box or no change when downloading.
So my thought is that the problem with with the Certificate, because in
NDS there is one for the Internal IP address but not one for the DNS
name. Is there a way to point via alias or create another SSL Cert for
the domain name that will work both internal and external? I did a
couple of searches but didn't really find a good way that I could do it
remotely, so if someone has a TID on how to do it remotely with RConJ or
through ConsoleOne would appreciate it...
