Self Service Portal

need help :0)

I attended a self service portal at brainshare this year and the
instructor had a link to a document that was really a good step by step
on how to set "Self service portals" and password hint policies.

Does anyone know where that document is or any good documents on setting
this service up ??

It wasn't part of the session, It was a site that he verbally said to go
to.


Also, aside from the session I would like to find any good documentation
that deals with setting up Self service portal. I can't seem to find any
specific documentation on this.

If I knew the session I might be able to get in touch with the
presentor and ask for the info. Hence my question.
