Need consultant to help with Novell Extend Director

Our company is using Novell ExteNd Director v5.2 for ourcompany portal.
We have set up a series of portlets (Shortcut and Iframe portlets) to
provide access to our applications and static web pages. We want to get
more creative with the layout, but exteNd seems to be very limiting. Do
you have any consultants that could help us understand and tap into the
capabilities of extend? (eg we want custom home pages to appear based on
security groups).
