OES LINUX portal issue(NetStorage getData:IOException)

I have setup testing environment and have vertual office on primary server
and Netstorage and Ifolder on second server.

i can login to virtual office but when i try to access files icon from
main Icons appear on the virtual office main window it says this error

NetStorage getData:IOException
URL = https://oes.mobitellanka.com:443/oneNet/xtier-login

please be kind enough to help me on this matter or give me hint whare i
can get good document where i can do the process.
