Unable to move a file in NetStorage

We are unable to move a file using NetStorage. Running NW6.5SP5. After
checking which file you want to move, select edit>move. Nothing happens.
All we get is MOVE and the file name you selected at the bottome left side
of the screen. We get this with IE, FireFox, Safari. I've put a NW6.5SP5
box in a VMWare test environment. I've replicated the exact same error.
Every thing else with NetStorage works great. Any ideas???
