Hi,
I can not get Forgotten Password to work.
I can not get Forgotten Password to work.
When I access this page I get the error message below.
https://privateserver.doamin.com/vo/servlet/fullpageservice?NPService=VOForgotPassword&nextState=getUserID
Forgotten Password
Error: Error: Could not complete request.
Challenge Questions authentication unsuccessful.
The only resolution I can see has no solution to date. iManager 2.02 is
not an option for me nor using the client.

Check you NMAS login methods to see if they are installed properly...
if so, check to see if login method Challenge Response is configured.
if so, check to see if login method Challenge Response is configured.
