VO setup

OK,

I have set up the Universal password, Password Policy, Challenge set.

the directions say to login to "http:\\imanager.com\nps"

this gets me to the VO page and I have to authenticate before I get a
password hint setup page. Once I do that then try to login I don't see
the "forgot Password" link on the VO page before I login again.

What I would like to do is set up the portal so that if a user forgetts a
password they can reach the hints\challenges without having to login
(hence they forgot their password)

Also how do I set up the VO portal so once logged in it only displays the
password management page for all users.

We do not use Virtual Office, so I don't need all the email, netstorage,
eguide etc.. etc.. etc..

I just want the users to be able to manage their own passwords.

any detailed descriptions would be awsome, I am not a web person so I
don't know all the details about the extend, apache, tomcat, VO etc...
