Hi

I have one user whose printer disppears everytime she reboots. She is setup
like all the other users in NWAdmin and they do not have this issue. NDPS
automatically installs the printer for the whole container. I checked her ID
and there nothing set to remove the printer and I added to be installed just
to make sure. I also told the system to update the driver.
I can see the printer remove in the event log.
Any ideas? NetWare 6 small business server with Service pack 2. Client is
Windows 2000 with Client 4.83 sp1.

Thanks

Will

Will,

please try SP2 for the client. There are some bugfixes for NDPS.
Especially the spooler error, which make printers disappear.

Thanks. I wil give that a try. Its not the spooler error though. All her
other printers show.

Ok. See if SP2 helps. Can it be a driver problem? There are some bad
drivers around from HP.

I have seen that but not the case here. There are 18 PCs that all get
the same printers this is the only person/PC that has this problem.

Let hope that a SP saves the day.
