Printers disappearing spoolsv.exe terminaters

Barbara,
we're fighting the same problem here and I agree it's a pain in the a...
So far we're trying to get around it by providing each affected user
with a batch simply containing the command: net start spooler. We show
the users how to see in the printer folder that all printers are gone
and how to get them back by starting the batch which has an icon on the
desktop. Saves a lot of time.
